Del Clark’s musical journey began at the tender age of 7 when he first joined his legendary father, Archie Lee, a New Orleans Dixieland jazz musician, on stage for a performance of “Little Brown Jug” at a community talent show. Growing up in a large, music-driven family, Del’s passion for music was inevitable. As a teenager, he was swept up in the excitement of The Beatles’ debut on the Ed Sullivan Show, which led him to join a local rock band where he honed his skills on keyboards and guitar. Del’s career has spanned several decades, and his contributions to the music world continue to this day. He is the founding member of The Rocky Mountain Songwriter’s Group (RMSWG), an organization dedicated to nurturing and developing emerging singer-songwriters. Through RMSWG, Del has helped countless artists refine their skills and showcase their talents to the wider world. In addition to his work as a mentor, Del is an accomplished singer-songwriter and a seasoned performer, particularly known for his engaging piano bar performances. His unwavering passion for music and dedication to discovering new talent makes him a constant presence in the music scene. This book reflects Del Clark’s keen eye for talent and his ability to guide young artists on their journey toward fulfilling their dreams.
