Davis Anderson has spent his entire career involved in American manufacturing, much of it as the president and then sole owner of a generational, family-owned company. He received his B.A. from Williams College and has been on and served as chairman of several industry association boards, the memberships of which were largely made up of American family-owned manufacturing companies. His mission today is to support the owners of those family companies with lessons learned from his experiences. He lives in Chicago, his lifelong home and the geographical heart of manufacturing in America. Sustaining a Family Jewel is his first book.
