For many years before COVID 19, I was a business leader: always out and about meeting people, travelling the world regularly. Endless plane and train journeys provided ample time for reflection. In between work, I would read books and plan for a different life. These days, despite lockdown, I am happy to be grounded, living my new life as an independent author. Working from home and living the dream. Writing thrillers, the sort of books I always hankered after on yet another long-haul flight. Fast-paced, contemporary page-turners – with plenty of twists and action along the way. Books about topical subjects that I love researching. Most of the time, when I’m not researching a new book, my wife and I live in England, close to the fabulous city of Cambridge. The walks are fantastic, the bike rides not too challenging and the streets full of interesting and inspiring people.
