David Medansky is an award-winning, international best-selling author, speaker, and Founder of **LIFE 42 Wellness**, where he helps organizations reduce absenteeism, burnout, and turnover through a simple, proven, sustainable Wellness System built on small daily actions.

At age 61, David's physician warned him he had a 95% chance of suffering a fatal heart attack. Rather than accept that future, David transformed his health, losing 50 pounds in four months without dieting, counting calories, or spending hours in the gym. More importantly, he has maintained that transformation for over a decade. His personal journey inspired A Path Forward, an award-winning book that challenges conventional thinking about health and shows how small, consistent daily choices can produce extraordinary results. Known as "The Health Guy," David is passionate about helping individuals and organizations build healthier lives through simple, sustainable wellness systems. His message is simple: Knowing the path changes nothing. Walking it changes everything.
