David worked with Simon Sinek from 2009 to 2019. In 2017, he co-authored the best-selling book Find Your WHY with Peter Docker and Simon Sinek. Since 2019, David has focused on helping leaders put those human traits into practice through what he calls (un)Common Sense™ Leadership.
