You don't have to be in your 'dream job' to bring it joy or meaning. I advocate taking 100% responsibility for the experience of our working lives. I suggest that people create their bosses and that people create their cultures, and organizations. It is not the other way round - even when it seems so 'obvious' that it is! I assert that when we can gain mastery over this inside-out practice, we can then use it not just to create successful businesses, but to create lives that we love, and communities we love to live in.
