David H. Ellis, PhD, DABT. is a Research Toxicologist at Battelle Memorial Institute and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University. Dr. Ellis earned a B.S. in Toxicology from Ashland University, an M.S. in Pharmacology and Toxicology and Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Wright State University. He has worked in industry (Kao, Procter & Gamble, HMR Pharmaceuticals, Wil Research, Battelle), government (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency HERL, Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory, Air Force Research Laboratory, Naval Medical Research Unit), and academia (Wright State University), giving him strong scientific expertise. He is also a member of Dayton/Columbus Infragard, FBI Cincinnati Citizen's Academy Alumni Association, the Ohio Academy of Science, and the International Society for Gravitational Physiology. His studies into terrorism began in 2018 with Dr. Terry Oroszi, who he married in 2024.
