David E. Temple has spent fifty years telling stories that refuse to stay quiet.

His career has taken him from major-market radio in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Detroit to television, film, podcasting, and fiction. He wrote, directed, produced, and starred in the independent feature "Chasing Grace," which streamed on Netflix and Hallmark and is now available on Amazon Prime. For nearly five years, he hosted and directed more than 250 conversations with bestselling authors, actors, filmmakers, and publishing insiders on The Thriller Zone. And since 1995, David has been the voice of the Indiana Jones Adventure Attraction at Disneyland.

He writes the way he broadcasts: direct, fast, and with no patience for filler.

His thrillers include "The Poser" and "The Impostor," the Detective Pat Norelli series set in Hollywood, and "Dark Hunger," a standalone psychological thriller that bestselling author Brian Freeman calls “a masterful tour guide to the dark side,” where “the subtle horror slowly evolves into an open-mouthed scream.”

After a prostate cancer diagnosis in 2023, David turned the microphone on himself. "Life in Two Columns" is the result—a straight-talking guide for anyone facing a diagnosis, a detour, or a hard reset.

His next novel, TAHOE, is a psychological suspense thriller and the first book in The Lake Effect Series.
