David Brühlmann is a Swiss author, biotech entrepreneur, and humanitarian. Originally aspiring to become an aviator, he instead pursued chemical engineering and earned a PhD in biology, going on to build a successful career in biotechnology. He later relocated to Cambodia to establish a scholarship program that gives children and teenagers access to quality education, then returned to Switzerland, where he now holds a corporate leadership role in biotech.

David is also the author of Significance and Single for a Season, writing to encourage readers to live with purpose and resilience. Having lived in Switzerland, Cambodia, the United States, Canada, and Ecuador, he values cultural exploration and lifelong learning. Beyond his professional work, David enjoys traveling, long-distance running, and snowboarding.
