Darren Finkelstein, known globally as The Accountability Guy®, is a beacon of transformation, renowned for his work in accountability, leadership, and personal development. His journey from the world of tech to coaching high-performing individuals and teams has made him an international authority on achieving success through accountability.

Darren established his career at Apple under the revolutionary Steve Jobs, where he oversaw the company's Australian commercial markets. He received the esteemed Golden Apple award for Asia Pacific as a result of his leadership,, innovations, and sales performance, solidifying his position as a major player in determining how business strategy and technology would develop in the future. However, his tale did not end there.

Driven by a passion for new challenges and a desire to run his own business, Darren co-founded a series of boutique boating businesses in the marine and lifestyle industries and authored a bestselling marine trilogy, “Honey, let’s buy a BOAT!”, “Honey, let’s go BOATING!” and “Honey, let’s sell the BOAT!” further cement his status as an industry luminary and a visionary thinker. Through his books, Darren became a well-known voice on Melbourne’s 3AW radio. His entrepreneurial achievements were further recognised when he was named ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by the Dent Global ‘Key Person of Influence’ programs, where he now coaches the next generation of business leaders. Later, Darren and his business partner successfully sold and exited the businesses to seek new challenges.

Darren was not content to just kick back and relax, so he started Tick Those Boxes, a business coaching practice, to support, teach, and mentor entrepreneurs and their teams on how to build, grow, and scale in the competitive marketplace of today. Darren's strategy is focused on attaining goals, taking action, and acting with clarity. Through his coaching programmes, he has empowered entrepreneurs all over the world—from Australia/New Zealand to the remote regions of Latin America, Europe, Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States—with his special capacity to assist others “Get Clarity, Get Started, and Get Sh*t Done." In order to share his successful processes and frameworks, Darren has now written multiple business books. "The Accountability Advantage - Play your best game" and "NO - Building a life of choice without obligation."

Along with his accomplishments in business, Darren's love of golf, the Australian bush where he now lives, and spending time with his family are examples of his belief in leading a balanced and passionate life.
