Dani Landers is an author, business consultant, operations leader, and certified coach who has spent her career figuring out what makes businesses work better, and helping the people behind them do the same.

As Founder and Principal Consultant of Willowcross Consulting, Dani works with real estate professionals and small business owners to strengthen operations, build practical systems, improve workflows, and make thoughtful decisions about growth. She is particularly drawn to the places where a business feels harder to run than it should, helping owners identify what is creating friction and find practical ways forward.

Her perspective comes from more than 20 years across operations, sales, marketing, leadership, education, and business development, including more than a decade working closely with real estate professionals. That combination gives her an understanding of both sides of a business: how opportunities are created and how the operation behind them must function to sustain success.

Dani is the author of The Foundation: Building a Real Estate Career That Stands Strong, a story-driven guide to building a real estate career with strong habits, sound systems, financial awareness, and intentional growth. She is also the author of The Profit Tree: How to Cultivate and Shake Loose Hidden Profits, which helps business owners look beyond revenue and uncover opportunities already hiding inside their businesses.

A certified coach, Dani brings a coaching mindset to her consulting work, asking good questions, offering an impartial perspective, and helping people think through challenges and opportunities rather than simply handing them a prescribed answer.

She lives and works along the coast of North Carolina, where she continues to write, consult, coach, and remain endlessly curious about why some businesses seem to work beautifully while others make their owners work far too hard.
