D. R. Hill is a British fantasy and science fiction author, known for the epic Archmage Saga, the occult-noir gaslamp fantasy Golden Dawn Trilogy, and the standalone science fiction novels Conflux and Flight Through Infinity. He lives in rural Devon, England, working for a local landscaping company by day and writing by night (or more accurately, on Fridays.) He shares his home with his wife and two feline overlords, who graciously allow him to use the keyboard. Fuelled by a love for all things speculative (and his own cooking), his worlds are built during long runs, epic bike rides, and marathon tabletop RPG sessions with friends.
