Dr. Curtis Odom is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Management and Organizational Development Group at Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business. A workforce strategist and certified executive coach with 25 years of Fortune 50 leadership experience, Curtis specializes in organizational change, human-centered AI readiness, and strategic workforce planning. As Managing Partner of Prescient Strategists, a Boston-based management consulting firm, Curtis partners with Fortune 100 companies, colleges, and universities to navigate complex business transformations.
