Cristy De La Cruz is a speaker and host for the Somatic Wisdom podcast. She coaches leaders committed to inclusion and wellbeing for their teams with a strengths-based lens. She is a certified performance engineer through The Medici Group. She is also (RYT-200) certified to teach Soma Yoga, a blend of gentle yoga and somatics. Her individual coaching clients include upcoming leaders and professionals. She is formerly a clinical operations leader for an international team based in Latin America at Medtronic, where she worked for 11+ years. Prior to working the medical device world, Cristy served as a board chair for several years during an executive director search and merger of two United Way nonprofit agencies. Cristy earned her Master of Liberal Studies degree from the University of Minnesota with an emphasize in Organizational Development, and received her B.A. in Psychobiology from Swarthmore College.
