Créde Sheehy-Kelly is a High-Performance Psychologist (PSI) and Trading Psychology Consultant, trusted by independent and professional traders, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms to strengthen performance under pressure and drive bottom-line results. Créde began her career in 2007 in sport psychology, working with professional athletes competing on national and international stages. This foundation shaped her understanding of how people perform in high-stakes environments — insight she later applied to trading, business, and finance, where psychological demands rival those of elite sport. Drawing on this background, she developed the Go Deep to Level Up™ mental conditioning system—a scalable approach to elevating individual execution and performance through deep psychological transformation. Créde holds a first-class Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology, is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, and an Accredited Advanced Sport Scientist with the Irish Sport and Exercise Sciences Association. Beyond trading, Créde has designed and led large-scale behaviour-change programs, including the Z Zurich Foundation’s flagship mental wellbeing initiative now implemented in more than 13 countries. Outside of work, Créde enjoys beach escapes, speaking Portuguese, and spending time with her partner and two daughters.
