Craig Young is one of the most respected voices in mental health and sports performance in athletics today. As a counselor, speaker, and CEO of Young Consulting Group and President of the Young 9 Foundation, he has dedicated over 25 years to helping athletes, parents, and families navigate the mental and emotional challenges of elite sports. Craig holds a master’s degree in psychology and marriage and family therapy and has worked extensively as a school-based therapist and within the mental health field. He no longer practices clinically. His expertise has made him a sought-after public speaker, intellectual, and educator.
