Chuck Mollor is CEO, founder, and an executive coach at MCG Partners, a firm specializing in leadership, culture, and talent optimization, aligning business and people strategy for maximum results. As a former Harvard Business School executive coach, Chuck provided coaching and advisory services to attending global executives. His extensive experience as a global CEO and member of multiple executive teams has given him a deep understanding of general management, entrepreneurial ventures, P&L, and several functional responsibilities including sales, marketing, and operations. Over his career he has built, led, and restructured several businesses. Chuck is an alumnus of executive programs at The Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his BA in political science with a minor in business administration from Merrimack College. He is an ICF certified executive coach and is certified in the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment™, Hogan, and several 360 assessments including MCG’s proprietary 360 assessment, The Agile Leader. Chuck serves on several boards and has been a Cranberry Grower-Owner of Ocean Spray. For over 30 years he has been an active fundraiser and rider for the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), for the fight to cure cancer. A proud first generation American, Chuck is a devoted parent of four and enjoys life with his dog, Luke.
