Christina Lynn Mitchell is a writer, mother, and spiritual companion with a ministry to those who are grieving. Her life has been shaped by love, loss, and her deepening faith. After losing both of her parents within three months of each other at the age of 33, she turned to prayer, storytelling, and spiritual reflection as a path to healing. Christina now companions others through their own grief journeys, weaving scripture, honesty, joy and hope in every way she can. A devoted Catholic and mother to her daughter Sophia, she writes from the heart of her sorrow— and from the light she’s found on the other side.
