Feel-good crime writer, Christina (C.A.) Larmer tried writing a romance at the age of 13 but pretty soon she'd bumped off the hero and planted it on the heroine. It was the beginning of a beautiful love affair that has resulted in more than 22 books published across the globe, from Australia to the US, the UK and Canada. Now with traditional publishers in Japan, France and Spain, Christina has four crime series (the Murder Mystery Book Club, the Ghostwriter Mysteries, the Sleuths of Last Resort and the Posthumous Mysteries), as well as a thriller-suspense novel and a stand-alone mystery masquerading as a family saga (she's fooling nobody). Winner of a 1st Place Category in the international Mystery & Mayhem Book Awards, Christina has also showcased her work at the Byron Bay Writers Festival several times. Born and raised in tropical Papua New Guinea, Christina has also lived and worked in Sydney, London, Los Angeles and New York. A journalist, editor, teacher and mentor, she now resides on the east coast of Australia with her musician husband, two sons, a devilish Blue heeler and countless koalas and snakes, none of which come close to the villains in her books.
