Cheryl began college as an English major and graduated with a degree in Printing Technology. After enjoying many years in sales, she began to look for other opportunities as the industry evolved. Fast forward to today, Cheryl emerges as a debut novelist with an authentic voice in Christian fiction. Her journey from an unforgettable dream to published author exemplifies the transformative power of faith – the very theme at the heart of her novel, Two Decembers. When she is not working on the sequel novel, December’s Gifts, Cheryl is developing an online presence called One Stray Sheep. Focused on newcomers to the faith as well as those seeking to rekindle their relationship with God. The project is inspired by Isaiah 53:6: “We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way, and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” Cheryl’s vision for Two Decembers and One Stray Sheep is to create an approachable and welcoming path through which readers and seekers can encounter and embrace Jesus and His redemptive teachings. In Him alone is salvation. As Acts 4:12 affirms: “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
