Charlotte Hillenbrand is the lawyer who became an international airline pilot and then an author, speaker, mentor and coach. She is passionate about human potential, and advocates everyone’s power to be their own agent for change. Her expertise in the field of change comes from personal experience and study. A complete career pivot after 15+ years as an international airline pilot forced Charlotte to consolidate her skills and experiences that took her from the courts to the cockpit of a widebody jet and then out from it with her optimism intact. She combined this with her interest in applied neuroscience and positive psychology to develop a framework that helps people navigate change with ease. Charlotte writes and speaks about the fact that every individual can access resilience, and shows her readers and clients simple and efficient ways to do that. Charlotte grew up in Sweden, has studied at universities in Sweden, USA and France, as well as lived and worked in Germany and Switzerland before settling with her husband and their two daughters on the Sunshine Coast in Australia.
