Chanel Ray is the published children’s book author of “SOulfully You” and “You Heard Me” as well as the founder of Ray of Sunshine Publishing - a woman-owned, Black-owned, and Queer-owned independent publishing company established to help create more equal opportunity for folks to have their work published and seen by the masses; thus shining light on their vision and working to bring it to life. She is now an aunt to four sweet little ones and lives in Los Angeles with her wife.
