Carol L. Robb grew up in New Jersey and earned her Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the College of William & Mary, followed by a Master’s in Learning Disabilities from Northwestern University. She taught children with special needs for several years in the Chicago suburbs before marrying her husband, Tom, and beginning a new adventure in Navy life that took them from Chicago to San Diego to Japan and to Rhode Island. Education has always been close to Carol’s heart. She homeschooled their three children for over twenty-six years and founded King’s Co-op, where she taught creative, hands-on classes to dozens of students. After Tom’s retirement, the couple traveled the country selling ice cream at fairs—becoming true connoisseurs of the craft—before launching their first publishing company, Finding Christ Books. Today, Carol combines her love of learning, writing, fiction reading, and investing in the stock market through her new publishing venture, Astor Publishing. She enjoys teaching practical skills, exploring faith and creativity, and helping others grow into the people God created them to be.
