While I am expertly trained in coaching and personal development and over 11,000 hours of coaching under my belt, I have also faced my own share of challenges and hardships. I know firsthand the struggles and obstacles that can arise on the journey of life, and the desire to be personally and professionally successful. Growing up, I was always driven by a thirst for learning and a desire to lift others up along the way. This drive has stayed with me throughout my life, even through difficult times such as a divorce and a significant workplace accident that left me unable to walk for three months and in need of community assistance. These experiences were a test of my spirit and resilience, and they taught me that even when things seem impossible, there is always the possibility of transformation through faith and determination. In 2020, I took a bold step and sold my house, gave away most of my possessions, and hit the road with no specific plans, simply trusting that life would guide me where I needed to go. This journey has taken me on a winding path of self-discovery and healing, and has led me to Costa Rica, where I have undergone ten Ayahuasca ceremonies and done a lot of personal work to heal past trauma. My life has been incredible for these past three years. An amazing community, new friendships, a lot of growth. Focus has been on creating even more impact with my clients and digging deep into trauma when needed. Not just stopping at what shows up on the call but understanding that the presenting problem is generally never the real problem.
