Camille Connolly once trained for the Olympics in gymnastics, until an injury at 15 cut her competitive career short. She went on to teach gymnastics, raise kids in her forties, and chase every fitness trend in search of a healthier lifestyle. She even tried teaching Pilates at one point, desperate to get back in shape. Her journey was anything but linear, marked by years of gaining and losing weight, trying everything, and still feeling stuck. Now in her 60s, Camille understands the ups and downs of staying active. After facing arthritis, back pain, and early osteoporosis, she decided to take her health into her own hands. With humor, heart, and persistence, she rebuilt her strength and created Strength Training 101 for Seniors Over 60 to help others do the same. She encourages others to move a little daily because small steps lead to big changes.
