Brian Lofton is a U.S. Army veteran and Christian author who writes about the quiet battles many veterans fight after service—addiction, shame, spiritual distance, and the struggle to reclaim identity and purpose. After serving in the early 1990s, he spent years wrestling with unseen wounds before finding lasting transformation through obedience to the gospel of Jesus Christ. His memoir, Broken Boots, Redeemed Soul: A Veteran’s War with Sin and Salvation, offers a candid and redemptive account of failure, faith, and restoration for veterans who feel stuck, unworthy, or spiritually disconnected. In addition to memoir, Brian creates Scripture-centered study resources and reflection tools designed to foster resilience, clarity, and steady spiritual growth. He also serves fellow veterans as a Senior Benefits Advisor with Veterans Network Champions Club (VNCC). He lives in Oklahoma with his wife and remains devoted to faith, service, and helping others pursue lasting hope.
