Brian Levin, EdD, is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, collegiate softball coach, author, and leadership educator whose career has been dedicated to developing people and building strong cultures.

During his 20 years of military service, including service with the 5th Special Forces Group, Brian learned firsthand the importance of ownership, discipline, integrity, and character. Those lessons continued to shape his leadership philosophy throughout his coaching career, where he has worked with athletes and teams across multiple levels of collegiate and professional softball.

Brian is the author of Building Championship Cultures: The Trinitas Principis Leadership Framework, a book that challenges readers to look beyond victories and accomplishments and examine the people they are becoming and the influence they have on others.

Through Brian Levin Leadership, his writing, and his coaching, Brian emphasizes a simple principle: great leaders do more than build successful teams. They develop people who carry those lessons into every part of their lives.

His guiding philosophy is: Become Better. Build Better. Leave Better.
