Brian Brockhoff has spent more than thirty years leading and mentoring diverse teams of business leaders, creating a legacy of growth through skill development and performance excellence. He is the creator and designer of numerous leadership and development programs and the co-author of several influential books, including Gapology: How Winning Leaders Close Performance Gaps, IMBAR: The Pathway of Transformation, and Speed of Purpose: Achieve 2.8x Productivity and Beyond, all written in collaboration with Mark Thienes.
