Bren Ashby has always been drawn to nature’s wisdom and its power to support wellness. Her passion for natural remedies led her to discover castor oil which is an ancient, time-tested ingredient with incredible benefits for beauty, health, and holistic living. What started as curiosity became a deep appreciation, and now she’s excited to share her knowledge with others seeking a more natural lifestyle.

Bren’s love for nature extends to honeybees, whose gifts are the health benefits of honey, beeswax, and propolis, which offer endless possibilities for wellness and sustainability. She understands what it’s like to be a beginner, and through her books, she makes natural remedies and beekeeping approachable, rewarding, and fun.

In addition to her love of nature, Bren is a certified yoga instructor who embraces movement, mindfulness, and breathwork as essential tools for balance and well-being. When she’s not writing, practicing yoga, or tending to her bees, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, experimenting with honey-based recipes, and spending time with her family.

She believes in lifelong learning and hopes her books feel like sitting down with a friend. A friend who’s excited to share and cheer you on every step of the way. So whether you're exploring the magic of castor oil, stepping into the world of beekeeping, or embracing a more holistic lifestyle, Bren invites you on a journey of discovery, wellness, and natural living.
