Brandon Ambrosino is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Theology and Religious Studies Department at Villanova University. He holds a PhD in theology from Villanova and an MA in Bioethics from Loyola University Chicago. His work focuses on teasing out the camp potential of the subjects he teaches, including Christian theology, Scripture, and bioethics. He is the author of two books: Is It God's Will: Making Sense of Tragedy, Luck, and Hope in a World Gone Wrong (Church Publishing) and Laughing in a Tomb: An Experiment in Camp Theology (Fortress). Brandon is an award-winning journalist and columnist, and has written for Politico, BBC, New York Times, Boston Globe, Globe & Mail, The Christian Century, Commonweal, and many other outlets. Brandon lives in Delaware with his husband and their adopted lab named Norma.
