Alice Bramhill is a registered mental health nurse, interpersonal psychotherapist and neurodivergent specialist coach based in the UK. She works with neurodivergent adults, specifically those with ADHD, autism, or both, helping them understand the relationship patterns and nervous system responses that have shaped their lives.

Her approach draws on interpersonal psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and her own experience as a late-diagnosed woman. Alice was identified as having ADHD at 47 and autism at 50, and is a parent to two autistic children. She understands, from both sides, how decades of compliance-based systems leave a mark that goes well beyond the diagnosis.

Her writing focuses on neurodivergent relationships, specifically how ADHD and autistic people experience the workplace, intimate partnerships, friendships, and family. She looks at why the patterns form, where they come from, and what shifts when people stop treating their neurodivergence as a problem to manage.
