Bradley R. Mitzelfelt grew up in central Illinois, a boy with dreams of awakening in a fantastical world of elves and dwarves sent to battle the most vile orcs and goblins, or perhaps helping the Hardy Boys solve a mystery. Upon discovering a passion for writing, Bradley went on to pursue his dreams at Southern Illinois University. It was there that he began cultivating the mythical world of Amarand that would be the opening to his fantasy series. Today he runs Hawks Barrow Press LLC and is currently working on a new Science Fiction/Mecha series in the Mechaverse, starting with the Mobile Assault Unit Shrike books and the future dime novel series: Red Starfighter.
