Bob Davidson grew up in the rural town of Smithville, Missouri. Using his hometown values, he writes about people who have overcome great odds to live full lives. Davidson has battled several near death experiences and believes his purpose and time on earth have been extended so he can use his talents to help others. Never Surrender, A Champion's Fight was first written as a screenplay. Converted to a book, it was released in 2011 to celebrate the blessings that were received when the hero, Coach Cory Wohlford, found his true love, a high school friend from thirty years ago. "Never Surrender is a story that is too good not to have written. She was in the screenplay, but we didn't know who she was. Then Brenda Norton appeared and their love has flourished" states Davidson about Coach Wohlford's prayers and dreams coming true. "They are magic when they are together". Davidson presently has two books in the hopper. The Heart Files is a book he is writing with his wife Julie about terminally ill patients being able to write lasting thoughts to their families and loved ones. The second will be to assist Coach Wohlford as he writes a book about Inspiration Stories that his followers are forewarding him now. Bob Davidson lives at the beach with his beautiful wife, big football playing son, beautiful soccer playing daughter, a blue eyed dog, a gator named Truman and a cat that talks.
