San Diego-based Bernard Baldan is an award-winning writer/director/actor, author of the critically acclaimed play, ‘The Boise Club’, and the soon-to-be-released sci-fi novel “Space Showboat”. He is a founder of San Diego Repertory Theatre where he created the role of Scrooge in the West coast’s longest-running production, ‘A Christmas Carol’. Honors include The Sundance Film Festival, USA Film Festival, Drama Circle Award, and The Old Globe Atlas Award. Member of Actor’s Equity – Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists Students range from high school to major entertainment personalities and business professionals. Currently: Founder / Director of 3 Arts Foundation - an arts education company offering theater, movement, and voice programs to schools and organizations in the greater San Diego grades K-12. Founded in 1994 Specialties: Master Teaching Artist with proven techniques for all grades K-12 specializing in Improvisation, Acting Techniques, Shakespeare and physical characterization. Corporate and adult workshops using improvisation techniques to improve communication, teamwork, and leadership.
