Ben Lamorte, founder of OKRs.com, is an internationally recognized OKRs coach. He has consulted with organizations around the world, including Cisco, eBay, Bank of America, Zalando, Walmart, Capital One, Stanford Healthcare Group, and Nike. The OKRs Field Book is the first book written for OKRs coaches and was published by Wiley in 2022. He also co-authored a book on OKRs in 2016. In 2020, Lamorte launched The OKRs Network where he mentors coaches around the world. As of 2021, in addition to USA-based coaches, this network includes coaches based in Brazil, Chile, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, South Africa, Poland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Iran, Germany, Thailand, Spain, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, France, India, and China. Lamorte holds a graduate degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and resides in San Anselmo, California. He enjoys jazz and classical music, coaching soccer, cooking, and hiking.
