In my practice and in my writing my work focuses on couples therapy, coping with losses, healing trauma, navigating transitions, maximizing one's potential, and finding inner peace. Some background: I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Smith College and a Masters in Social Work degree from Columbia University. When I was younger I worked in community mental health in New York City for ten years, Southern New Hampshire for 20 years and now live and work in Antigua, Guatemala.
