Art Robbins is the founder of EMCEE, LLC and the host of the Leadership Art podcast, where he interviews executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, educators, and purpose-driven leaders about the principles that create meaningful impact. With decades of experience in management consulting — advising clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to early-stage entrepreneurial ventures — Art specializes in helping organizations develop and implement growth strategies grounded in innovation and human-centered leadership. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, organizational culture, and the human dimensions of building something worth building. A graduate of Brooklyn College of CUNY with a BS in Computer Science and Accounting, and Harvard Business School with an MBA, Art brings an unusual combination of analytical rigor and genuine curiosity about the human dimensions of organizational leadership.
