An adventurous soul with a deep passion for travel, animals, and exploration. Born and raised in the charming landscapes of the South, she developed an early appreciation for nature and a curiosity to discover the world beyond her small town.

With a love for both mountains and beaches, she has experienced the best of both worlds. From the idyllic shores of Hilton Head Island and Palm Beach to the historic charm of Charleston, South Carolina, she has lived in and explored beautiful coastal communities. The breathtaking coastal scenery has influenced her perspective on life, fostering a deep connection to the natural world and a sense of wanderlust that fuels her travels.

An avid gardener, she finds solace and joy in nurturing plants and watching them flourish. She has a particular passion for growing plants from seeds, witnessing the miracle of life unfold, and transforming tiny seeds into vibrant blossoms. This love for gardening reflects an appreciation for the cycles of nature and the beauty that can be found in even the smallest moments.

Family holds a special place in her heart, with two adult children and five grandchildren (all boys!) bringing immeasurable joy and fulfillment. She cherishes spending leisure time with her family, creating precious memories, and building strong bonds that will last a lifetime.

Beyond family, she is driven by a deep love for animals. Her home is filled with the warmth and companionship of dogs and cats, who bring endless love and laughter to her life.

It is through her love for travel, animals, gardening, and family that she finds inspiration for her writing. Her books are a reflection of her personal experiences, filled with vivid descriptions of the places she has visited, the animals she encountered, and the profound connections she has forged along the way. Through her writing, she aims to inspire readers to embrace the wonders of the world, nurture their passions, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them.

When she is not writing or tending to her garden, you can find her embarking on new adventures, exploring different cultures, and savoring the beauty of our diverse planet. She believes that life is a grand journey, meant to be filled with awe, discovery, and the love of those who matter most.

Join her on a literary odyssey as you are transported to captivating destinations, introducing you to fascinating creatures, and sharing the joys of family and nature. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey, where inspiration, love, and a zest for life intertwine on the pages of her books.
