Ann Gorewitz holds a BA from Queens College, CUNY, an MA from
NYU and a doctorate in Educational Psychology from Columbia Uni-
versity. A writer and lifelong New Yorker, her personal essays have been
published in Business Insider, Deseret Magazine, HuffPost, Living Better
After Fifty, New York Daily News, NextTribe, Next Avenue, and USA To-
day. One of her several essays in HuffPost, “My Beloved Dog Just Died.
I Don’t Know How To Grieve Without Feeling Guilty,” went viral.
This is her debut book, a memoir and love story about a family of three
being there for each other in good times and bad and never giving up.
