Ankit Jhamb is an author, storyteller, and people and culture leader who has spent over two decades exploring what makes people tick—and what makes them lie, heal, connect, lead and grow. He is the author of five books, including The Most Truthful Book of Lies, a candid exploration of the lies we tell ourselves and others, and earlier books that examine positivity, healing and the complexities of being human. Ankit’s writing draws from his two decades of experience in human resources and leadership, as well as his work in psychology, therapy, coaching and behavioural science. He holds a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources and a master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Science, and has trained in Gestalt therapy, NLP, hypnotherapy and coaching.

A TEDx speaker and senior people leader, Ankit currently works as a CXO in one of the largest Consulting firms where he works across culture, learning, leadership, early careers and employee experience. What sets his writing apart is its refusal to offer easy answers. His books invite readers to look inward, question familiar beliefs and have the conversations they have been avoiding. He lives in Delhi with his family and continues to write about the messy, funny, uncomfortable and deeply human business of being ourselves.
