Angie Orth is the author of the new travel memoir, FLIRTING WITH DISASTER, TRUE TRAVEL TALES OF FEAR, FAILURE AND FAITH. She is best known for her long-running travel website, AngieAway, and travel series The Jet Sisters. Angie hosts both the “Traveling with AAA” and “But Did You Die?” podcasts. Angie has covered travel for The Today Show, AFAR, Cosmopolitan, Buzzfeed and Lonely Planet, among others. She’s a recovering PR agency publicist, former New Yorker, current Floridian, hesitant risk-taker, and allegedly, a grown-up. To date, Angie has visited more than 60 countries and she absolutely does not have a favorite, so please don’t ask.
