Angela Armstrong PhD is a strategic leadership partner helping senior leaders within professional services to deliver sustainable high performance. Angela is a leadership specialist, coach, trainer, speaker and business owner. In this book she shares her actionable insights, informed by having had a significant career leading national transformation programmes in a global management consulting firm and returning to high performance following a period of burnout. Since 2010 she has built a strong track record of success delivering leadership training, executive coaching and learning consultancy to professional services firms. After sharing her burnout story on the TEDx stage, to help reduce the stigma around mental health, she was asked by her leadership delegates to write a book of resilience habits. Angela champions developing personal resilience as a foundation of authentic purpose-driven leadership. She is on a mission to eradicate workplace burnout by sharing resilience habits designed to challenge and support you to adapt your behaviour as a leader. By becoming a role model for self-care practices, you will be able to think, act and behave from a place of being fully resourced. When you are fully resourced, you can have more influence and be a better colleague, friend, family and community member. Angela works with executives, senior leaders and owners of fast-growth businesses. She gets fast results that last, new clients often start with a 2.5-hour resilience masterclass that turns ‘knowing into doing’, a full day resilience workshop or inviting Angela to speak at events. Angela loves to travel and is a keen dancer, she lives in Warwickshire, UK, and works internationally, via voice/video calls, and in person. www.AngelaArmstrong.com TEDx Talk ‘How to Solve the Stress Epidemic’
