Angel Willard is a Canadian author who writes from lived experience with honesty, courage, and compassion. Her work explores trauma, survival, motherhood, accountability, chronic pain, healing, and the difficult process of rebuilding a life after everything has changed.
Angel is now the published author of two books, The Litigation Landmine: A Guide to Ruining Your Own Case and Fighting to Come Home. Through both memoir and personal reflection, she gives a voice to experiences that are often misunderstood or left unspoken.
Her writing is shaped by the belief that people should not be defined only by their injuries, their mistakes, or the darkest chapter of their lives. She writes openly about the consequences she has faced, the lessons she has learned, and the strength it has taken to continue becoming a better woman, wife, and mother.
Angel lives in British Columbia with her husband and family. She hopes her books will help readers feel less alone and remind them that healing does not require a perfect past—only the courage to keep moving forward.
