Angel Harden is a New Zealand author, rongoā practitioner, and storyteller whose work explores survival, identity, healing, and the strange places where darkness and hope meet. Drawing from lived experience, rural life, and a deep connection to the natural world, Angel writes with raw honesty, emotional intensity, and a distinctly New Zealand voice. She is the author of the memoir Forever Me – Here I Stand, a deeply personal account of trauma, addiction, abuse, recovery, and resilience. She is also the creator of The Moon Landing Chronicles, a paranormal fiction series beginning with Landing Under The Moon and continuing with Landing Under Lanterns. Alongside her writing, Angel runs Rongoa Angel, where she works with traditional Māori healing practices, plant medicine, and holistic wellbeing. Her storytelling and healing work are closely connected, both grounded in the belief that even broken things can still become beautiful. Angel lives in New Zealand, where she continues to write, study, create, and occasionally disappear into the bush looking for plants, stories, or both.
