Andy Mason grew up in New Zealand and brings more than two decades of experience in business consulting, agricultural finance, leadership development, and international community development.

Together with his wife, Janine, Andy is the founder and director of Heaven in Business, a Christian training, coaching, and leadership community. For more than 15 years, they have helped business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals partner with God at work, build healthier businesses, and multiply Kingdom impact.

Through books, workshops, conferences, retreats, coaching, and the Heaven in Business Growth Path, Andy equips leaders to hear God, test what they hear, apply biblical wisdom, and make responsible decisions involving people, money, strategy, culture, and growth.

Andy is the author of God With You at Work and Finding Hope in Crazy Times. He and Janine coauthored Dream Culture: Bringing Dreams to Life and Listen Up! Hearing God at Work. Their books and practical tools are used by individuals, businesses, churches, schools, and communities around the world.

Andy and Janine live in Tennessee and have four adult children.
