Andrius Lengvinas is a Lithuanian-born writer and former property investor based in the United Kingdom. Over fifteen years, he took on more than thirty mortgages – bought, rebuilt, sold, borrowed again – across multiple markets, built several businesses around them, and eventually watched it all unravel.

He is not a financial expert, and this is not a book about becoming wealthy.

He wrote it after discovering something that seemed obvious once seen, but difficult to see beforehand: debt changes behaviour long before it changes outcomes.

Silent Debt is an attempt to make that process visible.

When he is not writing, he boxes. He thinks about systems.
He lives with his partner Chloe and their daughter in a small town outside London.

This is his first book.
