Andrew Tallents is a leadership coach who works one to one with CEOs and Founders, online and worldwide. He has advised CEOs and Founders for over 30 years, first in executive search and since 2017 through The Tallents Partnership. He is the author of Self-Coaching for Leaders and host of the podcast Confessions of a Successful Leader.

He works with leaders at a crossroads: newly in the top seat, with a sale or succession ahead, or leading a team that has started to strain. His starting point is that the only person stopping you is you, and his job is to help leaders see how they get in their own way and change it.

He trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching, Marshall Goldsmith and CRR Global. He grew up on a council estate in Manchester, was the first in his family to go to university, and lives on the Wirral with his wife and cavapoo, Ollie.
