Andre Moubarak is the founder of Twins Tours & Travel Ltd. in Israel and the co-founder of Twins Biblical Academy. Born and raised in a traditional Arabic Christian family along the Via Dolorosa—the Way of the Cross—in Jerusalem's Christian Quarter, he developed a lifelong connection to the land of the Bible and its living history.

After encountering Jesus Christ as his Savior, Andre dedicated his life to proclaiming the Gospel, teaching Scripture, and helping others encounter God through the biblical world. He is an ordained minister, author, Bible teacher, and licensed Israeli tour guide with more than two decades of experience leading pilgrims from around the world through the Holy Land.

Andre is passionate about teaching the Bible through its historical, geographical, linguistic, and cultural context. His unique approach combines the Jewish roots of the Christian faith, the languages of Scripture, and the rich traditions of the ancient Near East, helping readers and travelers experience the Bible in a fresh and transformative way.

Together with his wife, Marie, Andre serves with a vision of reconciliation, revival, and spiritual renewal, inviting believers from every nation to encounter Christ in the land where God became flesh and dwelt among us. Through his books, online courses, and guided pilgrimages, he seeks to deepen people's understanding of Scripture and inspire a lifelong journey of faith.
