Anders Indset is the author of four international bestsellers: "Wild Knowledge", "Quantum Economy - Saving The Mensch with Humane Capitalism?", "Philosophy@Work", and "The Infected Mind". A native Norwegian, he is considered one of the leading business philosophers worldwide and is a trusted sparring-partner and advisor for top executives and politicians. His recognition by Thinkers 50 as one of the most influential thinkers of the future in the fields of leadership and economy underlines his significance in these fields. In addition to a multitude of lectures and publications, Anders considers philosophy as a 'thinking practice' and implements his ideas in concrete projects. In 2020, he authored the philosophy of "Enkelfähig", which was launched as the Enkelfähig Initiative e.V. in 2023. He sits on the board of this initiative. He is also a co-owner and initiator of the Global Blockchain Initiative, founder and owner of the Norway-based Njordis Group, and leads The Quantum Economy Institute (TQEI) founded in 2023. The goal of TQEI is to bring about a paradigm shift in management and leadership practices through publications, research, and projects. This is achieved by linking social and ecological considerations with market economy and capitalism, based on the principles of quantum economy developed by Indset. The World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos has adopted "Quantum Economy" as a technological initiative. In preparation for the year 2025, which has been declared by UNESCO and the UN as the "Year of Quantum Science & Technologies", Indset leads projects and initiatives on the "Quantum Economy" focusing on the influences of the economy and the further education of executives. He sees the future of the economy as progress based on unleashing the potential of technologies and human growth. In the face of the rapid emergence of exponential technologies, particularly in the field of quantum and AI technologies, he emphasizes the need for a knowledge society to evolve into a society of understanding. As a former "hard-core capitalist" and professional athlete, Indset believes in 'positive progress' and 'better problems'. He strives for a performance culture deeply rooted in values, in response to current challenges. In his latest book "Norse Code: Why Norwegians are so Successful", published by ECON/Ullstein, he examines Norway's success and applies its performance principles to education, politics, and economy. Anders also regularly publishes on Artificial Intelligence and the implications of a possible singularity for humanity. His book "Singularity Paradox – Bridging Humanity and AI", co-authored with Dr. Florian Neukart, will be released in 2024. Most recently, they published "Are We Living in a Simulation" and “NOT - Nexus Ontology Theory”, which provoke active debates at the interface of science and philosophy.
