Amy Novoa lives in the beautiful coastal city of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, and also calls Denver, Colorado home. The Shadows Between Us is her debut novel and the beginning of The Shadows Series, a project born from her lifelong dream of becoming an author. When she’s not writing, Amy enjoys the simple joys of life with her partner, Rex, and their four beloved dogs. Whether it’s long walks on the beach, exploring the outdoors, or listening to good music, they find inspiration in nature and the rhythm of everyday life. Amy’s favorite things include strong coffee, a good glass of wine, and the occasional smooth tequila. She believes stories have the power to heal, to haunt, and to hold us—and she hopes readers find all three in her work. The next installment of The Shadow Series, titled Hiding in the Shadows, is currently in progress. The story isn’t over—the shadows still have more secrets to reveal.
